Who we are

We are a global, interdisciplinary collective of people working across technology, governance, human rights, research, design, the arts, and law. Our work is carried by a core group of 50+ active contributors, supported by a wider constituency of 1,200+ people who have joined to contribute, collaborate, or support this effort. Global by design and coordinated from Spain, we operate as a distributed alliance, bringing together diverse forms of expertise and lived experience to work collectively, over time, on questions of accountability and power in AI systems.
